VOLUNTEER
Our Shows Run On Community
Our shows wouldn’t be possible without generous volunteers like you.
Whether you’re here to support friends or just love being ringside, there’s a role for you—no experience needed, just a great attitude and a willingness to help. Sign up for a shift (or a few!) and be part of what makes these weekends so special.
How It Works
Fill out our Volunteer Sign-Up form below with your availability and role preferences. We’ll follow up closer to the show date with assignments and more details.
Volunteer perks include:

-
Drinks and snacks provided throughout the day
-
Lunch for anyone volunteering 4+ hours
-
Wyn Farm gear for anyone who volunteers at 5 or more show days
-

*All volunteers must fill out the Wyn Farm liability form before show day. Volunteers under 18 must submit a paper copy of the signed waiver.

Volunteer Roles
Judge’s Scribe: Sit alongside the judge and record scores and notes. Neat, fast handwriting required—experience helpful but not necessary. In H/J rings, scribes may assist with jump changes.
Warmup Steward: Keep the warm-up ring on track and coordinate riders to ensure shows run smoothly. Ideal for those comfortable around horses; no prior experience needed.
Announcer: Use our PA system to call riders into the ring, share class results, and give schedule updates. No experience needed—just a clear voice and confident delivery.
H/J Jump Crew: Help maintain the jumps between and during classes. This role requires lifting poles and walking the ring, so physical stamina is a plus. No experience necessary.
