This page will have everything you need for the show, including facility maps, waivers, ride times, and discipline-specific updates.


This year, we’re also launching a new Discord community where we’ll share last-minute updates throughout show weekend, plus provide a space to ask questions, share photos, and connect with the Wyn Farm community. Discord invite links will be shared directly with registered attendees via email during show week.

Essential Documents & Forms

Online waiver is for 18+ aged riders. 
Minors and their guardians must fill out paper copy in person.

It’s not too late to volunteer for this weekend’s show! Stop by the Show Office—we’d love to have you on board.

  • After the late close on August 1, class/time changes are subject to a $25 fee. 
     

  • Please check in with the ring steward at least 15 minutes before your ride time.

Dressage Series

  • Late registration closed on August 1 at midnight ($50 fee).
     

  • You will only be charged for classes you ride in. Same-day changes are welcome.

Hunter/Jumper Series
